Outside of real estate, Marty is very active in the Beverly Hills community. He created and operated The Hollywood Hot Dog Company, ran for Beverly Hills City Council, and am part of TEAM BEVERLY HILLS. Marty also founded Lone Star Studio, home to TV shows and movies such as Ripley’s Believe It or Not! The Matrix, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and many others.

Marty tries to stay active with a number of local non-profit organizations including the City of Hope, Jewish Old Age Home and Children’s Hospital.
