Marty brings more to the table than just a real estate license. Marty is quite often known as the broker's broker. Born is Los Angeles, Marty grew up in Beverly Hills. Marty earned his real estate license while attending college in the late 70's.
A resident of Beverly Hills for 45 years, Marty brings 30 years of real estate experience to his clients. In the last 20 years, Marty has been purchasing Investment Real Estate and building / renovating residential homes in Beverly Hills and Hollywood areas.
In 1998 Marty took over an 88,000 square foot vacant industrial building and created Lone Star Studio. Lone Star was home to many feature films and television such as Ripley's Believe it or Not and the Matrix.

Marty has always been very active in the community. In 1992 Marty created the Hollywood Hot Dog Company, on Little Santa Monica just off Rodeo Dr. Marty also ran for Beverly Hills City Counsel in 1992. Marty served for a short time on the board of Directors of the Fries Club in Beverly Hills before closing.. Marty is also involved with a number of charities such as the Jewish old Age Home and the City of Hope.
In 2005 Marty Halfon created Luxury Home and Estates, an international marking tool used by thousands of real estate agents around the world in marketing their properties.
